How to Contact Us

We prefer to have all communications in writing. We keep a log of all communications with all of our customers and prospective customers as part of our due diligence. Telephone recordings are not always permitted in a courtroom. But if necessary, we will reluctantly speak with you over the telephone. Just send us an email with your reason for wanting a telephone response and your telephone number. We will contact you within three to five days.

We try to process our regular mail for the previous week on Wednesday of the following week. Sometimes there is a lot of mail and it may take us longer to respond to you.
